When you write, include

    The match name, ground, or a screenshot of the scoreboard

  2. 2

    The registered phone on the account, if it is an account, handoff, or streaming issue

  3. 3

    What you expected, and what the app or this site showed instead

  4. 4

    The app version (Settings, at the bottom) and your phone model, if the app misbehaved

What to send for each kind of problem

  • Scoring

    • The match name and the ground
    • What the pad showed and what you tapped
    • Whether the phone was offline (the banner says Offline · N queued)

  • Handoff

    • Both registered phone numbers (the current and the new scorer or streamer)
    • The match name
    • Which step stopped: the invite, accepting, or the takeover request

  • Streaming

    • The match name and the YouTube channel name
    • The message the Go Live screen showed
    • Whether Live streaming is enabled in YouTube Studio

  • Accounts

    • The registered phone number and the time you last tried
    • What the app said when sign-in failed
    • Never send the one-time code itself

  • Privacy

    • The registered phone number, so we can find the account
    • What you want: a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion
    • For deletion you can also use Settings → Delete account

  • Missing match

    • The two side names and the ground
    • The date and roughly the time
    • Who scored it, if you know
