Reading your Performance page: Avg, SR, BBI, and the rest

Every abbreviation on the batting and bowling tables — Mat, Inns, NO, HS, Avg, SR, 4s, 6s, Overs, Wkts, BBI, Econ — in plain words.

You → Performance turns every completed match you played into two tables: one for batting and one for bowling. Switch between them at the top, and use the style filter — All, Target, Head to Head, Double header — to see one kind of match at a time. Anyone’s Performance page works the same way when you open their profile.

Batting

  • Mat — matches counted.
  • Inns — innings you batted.
  • NO — not outs: innings you finished without being dismissed.
  • Runs — total runs off the bat.
  • HS — your highest score in an innings.
  • Avg — runs divided by the times you were out. Not-outs do not lower it.
  • SR — strike rate: runs per 100 balls faced.
  • 4s and 6s — boundaries hit.
  • Won, Draw, Loss — the results of the matches counted.

Bowling

  • Overs — overs bowled, written as overs.balls, so 3.2 is three overs and two balls.
  • Runs — runs conceded, including wides and no-balls.
  • Wkts — wickets taken.
  • BBI — best bowling in an innings, written wickets/runs, for example 3/12.
  • Avg — runs conceded per wicket.
  • Econ — economy: runs conceded per over.
  • SR — bowling strike rate: balls per wicket.

Good to know

  • Only matches you are linked to in the player list count, so an old match appears once a slot is linked to your account.
  • A wide or a no-ball adds to runs conceded but not to overs, because it is not a legal ball.
  • Matches I Scored and Connection Matches are separate lists: what you scored, and matches from people you follow.
