County Cricket signs you in with your mobile number and a one-time code sent by SMS. There is no password to remember or reset, and the website has no login at all.
Signing in
- Enter your 10-digit Indian mobile number.
- Give the SMS a minute to arrive.
- Type the code. If it is correct you are in.
If the code does not come
- Wait a minute and check your SMS inbox, including any spam or promotions folder.
- Check the number. Use exactly the number you registered with.
- Then tap resend. You can ask for a new code three times, after which resending pauses for 10 minutes.
- Check that the phone has a mobile signal. The code is an SMS, so Wi-Fi alone does not receive it.
If you typed it wrong
You have five tries at a code. After five wrong codes, sign-in pauses for 15 minutes. The pause protects your account; it is not a fault. Wait, then ask for a fresh code.
Switching numbers or accounts
- To use a different number, go to You → Sign out and sign in with the other one. Each number is its own account with its own matches, follows, and badges.
- Do not make a second account for the same person. It splits your history and badges.
- Changing the number on an existing account is not built yet. Write to us from the registered number and we will do it by hand.
Still stuck?
Use Contact us and include the registered number, the time you last tried, and what the app said. Never share the code itself with anyone, including us.
