What we mean by county cricket

Not the English first-class counties. This is India’s street and society circuit — tennis-ball matches scored live from the boundary.

In England, county cricket is the first-class competition between historic counties. The product named County Cricket is built for a different game: India’s local circuit — society grounds, weekend pitches, corporate matches, and street cricket with a tennis ball.

Short, small, and scored properly

The formats are short. Defaults are five overs, five wickets, and five fielders. Create is one or two a side: a Head to Head is two people, and a Target match might be 1 vs 2. That is still a proper scored match with a card, a result line, and a history — not a scratch game that disappears when the light goes.

The scorer on the boundary

Scorers stand on the boundary with a phone, often in the sun and often on a weak network. The app is offline-first: every ball saves on the device and syncs when it can. Share a live link or a profile QR and the website is what the group opens. Optional Go Live publishes the camera to YouTube with the score in the picture.

What the website does

The website only reads the synced score. It does not take wickets, log balls, or accept score changes. To score or stream, use the County Cricket app. To watch, open a match link or the Cricket page.
