Stories: a photo that lasts 24 hours

How to post a story, who can see it, when it disappears, and why it never shows on the website.

A story is a single photo that stays up for 24 hours, then disappears. It is meant for the quick moment — the pitch before the toss, a great catch, the group after the last over.

How it works

  1. On Home, add a story and choose a photo from the camera or your library.
  2. It is posted for 24 hours.
  3. People who follow you see it at the top of their Home. Tap to open it.

Who can see it

Followers, in the app only. Stories are not on the website, not on your public player page, and they do not send a notification to the public. When the 24 hours are up the story expires for everyone.

Limits

  • Photos only, up to 8 MB.
  • Camera and photo access are asked for the first time you use them, and both are optional.
  • Do not post anything you would not show a stranger: someone who follows you can screenshot it.
