This website is a public scoreboard. Matches are created and scored in the County Cricket app, and anyone can watch here without signing in. You cannot log a ball, take a wicket, Go Live, or change a result from these pages.
The Cricket page
- Live — matches in progress, plus delayed matches that are paused.
- Future — scheduled matches. They stay here until scoring starts or the organiser deletes them, even after the planned time has passed.
- Past — matches with a result, plus abandoned, walkover, and cancelled ones.
Each group shows the ten most recent matches. Use More to load the next ten. Live matches update on their own — you do not need to refresh.
The match hub
A live or upcoming card opens the match on the live board; a finished match opens on the scorecard. Along the top of the hub are six tabs, and the address bar changes with the tab you are on so you can share the exact page.
- Info — style, players per side, overs, wickets, target, ball, pitch, fielders, who batted first, the ground and city, the start time, and both squads.
- Live (or Summary once the match is over) — the current score, this over, the need-rate line, the last two overs of commentary, a written match summary, and for each innings the run rate, extras, and top batter and bowler.
- Scorecard — batting and bowling cards for every innings.
- Insights — an over-by-over trail: each over’s balls, the running score, and who batted and bowled. How Insights work explains the header lines.
- Commentary — the full ball-by-ball feed, newest first.
- Gallery — match photos added in the app.
Watching on video
When the organiser is streaming on YouTube, a Watch live video panel appears under the score. Nothing from YouTube loads until you tap it, and there is an Open on YouTube link if the channel does not allow embedding. The score can run a few seconds ahead of the video.
Search and profiles
Use Search for a player, ground, or location. Player pages show career numbers, badges, and recent matches; ground and location pages list what is on, and what has been played, there.
